Back in 2014, I was able to take some snaps when I was traveling to Malaysia and China with my cousins for a short trip. We had 10 hours lay over at the KLIA, so we took transit visa and entered the city at around 5:30 am.
Few days before the Pohela Boishakh (The Bengali New year) in April 2014, we, the cousins, planned for a trip to Malaysia along with China. The main purpose was to visit the Canton Fair happening at that time in Guangzhou, China.
On April 16, 2014, we had started our 5 day joutney with Malindo Air Flight #OD161. That was the first time I was on board an aircraft and it was a Boeing from 737-800 family :D. The flight duration was almost 4 hours. The Check-in, immigration and custom process at Hazrat Shahjalal Internaltional Airport (HSIA) Dhaka were very smooth. Our flight took off on time. And we reached safely at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2 (KLIA2) around 4:30 am local time.
The Twin Towers
Petronas Twin Towers are a pair of skyscraper office buildings in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. That were among the tallest structures in the world at that time. An Argentine-born American architect Cesar Pelli designed these two towers and finished in 1998. It was to house the headquarters of Petronas, Malaysia’s national petroleum business. Each tower has the same design: an eight-lobed circular construction with 88 storeys of occupied area and a pyramid-shaped pinnacle topped by a slender steel spire.
